This Centre has step-free access. There is an accessible toilet available.

Allocated parking and disabled parking is available directly outside the Centre. There is also a drop-off point.

Train

Sunderland train station is approximately 3.3 miles from the Assessment Centre.

As there are no direct connections to the Assessment Centre, we recommend taking a taxi from outside the station.

Car

From Sunderland city centre, take A1231/Wessington Way westbound across the River Wear.

Follow the A1231/Wessington Way across two roundabouts and turn left at the third roundabout into Sunderland Enterprise Park.

Take the first left, signposted ‘The Industry Centre’. Follow the road up the small hill and turn right at the mini roundabout at the top. Follow the road to the left to reach the Assessment Centre.

Bus

The nearest bus stop to the Assessment Centre is Colima Avenue, a short distance from the Assessment Centre.
