The Health Assessment Advisory Service at Scunthorpe is a ground floor assessment facility. It has six assessment rooms.
There are some steps inside the building. A ramp is available if needed.
Limited parking is available outside of the building, free of charge for up to an hour. Alternatively, parking behind the building is free of charge for up to two hours.

Directions
Train
Scunthorpe train station is located 0.3 miles from the Assessment Centre.
Exit the station and turn right onto Station Road. Take the first left onto Laneham Street. Go straight up Laneham Street, where you will pass the fire station on your left.
Cross the road to Mary Street. The Assessment Centre is on the right.
Car
From the M181 (off M180 junction 3):
Exit the M181 and take the third exit onto Doncaster Road.
Follow Doncaster Road to Scunthorpe town centre. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Oswald Road and then take your next left onto Mary Street.
The car park behind the centre will be on your left.
From M180, junction 4:
Exit the M180 and take the third exit onto the A15. Take the first exit onto Mortal Ash Hill. At the second roundabout, take the second exit onto the A18.
At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Ashby Road. Go towards the town centre and turn right onto Mary Street after 0.8 miles.
The car park behind the centre will be on your left.
Bus
The closest bus stop to the Assessment Centre is Dunstall Street, 400 feet away.
Upon leaving the bus, walk up Mary Street and turn left onto Laneham Street. The Assessment Centre is on the right.
