The Health Assessment Advisory Service at Hartlepool Assessment Centre is a ground floor assessment facility. It has four assessment rooms.

The Centre is on the corner of Park Road and Stockton Street and is a two minute walk from the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre.

Pay and display parking is available nearby in Waldon Street car park (TS24 7RR).

Train

The nearest train station is Hartlepool, approximately 0.4 miles away.

Upon leaving the station, walk up Lynn Street, then turn on to Stockton Street and continue until Park Road. The Assessment Centre is on the left.

Car

From A179:
Follow the A179, passing the Hart Lane roundabout, until you reach the Bellway Park roundabout. Take the second exit onto Dunston Road. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Elwick Road and stay on it into Hartlepool. Turn left onto Park Road. The Assessment Centre is on your right.

Bus

The nearest bus stop is Park Tower, directly opposite the Assessment Centre.
