There is a multi-story car park nearby. Drop offs can be made on Hipper Street.

Directions

Train

Chesterfield train station is located approximately 0.5 miles away from the Assessment Centre.

Upon leaving the station, turn left past the hotel. Continue over the footbridge, then follow the corner round. Continue down the road towards Markham roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout. The Assessment Centre is on your right, past the entrance to the Job Centre Plus.

Car

From Sheffield/A61:
From Meadowhead roundabout on the A61, take the second exit onto Chesterfield Road/A61. At Bowshaw roundabout, take the third exit onto the Dronfrield bypass.

At the next roundabout, take the third exit. Stay on the A61. At the Brimington roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Rother Way, then the A632 exit towards Chesterfield.

Turn left into Hollis Lane/A632. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Lordsmill Street. Turn left into Beetwell Street, then left again into Hipper Street. Use the left lane to turn left onto Markham road. The Assessment Centre is on your left.

Bus

The nearest bus stop to the Assessment Centre is Beetwell St, Stop F.

Upon leaving the bus, walk down Hipper Street and turn left at the end. The Assessment Centre is on your left.

This bus stop is served by buses16, 19, 84, 90, 170, Blue and Red.

There is an alternative bus stop on Lordmill Street.
