Directions

Train

The nearest train station is Burnley Central, 1.0 miles away. Leave the station and walk down Railway Street. Turn left onto Colne Road, then take a slight right onto Briercliffe Road. Continue along Briercliffe Road and the Assessment Centre will be on the left.

Car

From Blackburn:

Take the M65 towards Burnley and exit at junction 10. Turn slightly right towards Cavalry Way/A671. Turn left onto Westway/A671. Continue onto Westgate, then left onto Active Way. Stay on Active Way at the roundabout. Continue onto Colne Road. Turn right onto Barden Street. Continue onto Briercliffe Road for the Centre.

From Colne:

Take the M65 towards Blackburn and exit at junction 12. At Brierfield Interchange, exit onto Churchill Way. Turn left onto Churchill Way. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Colne Road. Turn left onto Casterton Avenue. At the next roundabout, exit onto Briercliffe Road for the Centre.

Bus

The closest bus stop to the Centre is Eldwick Street, served by buses 2, 2A, 5, M3 Mainline, M4 Mainline and M5 Mainline. Leave the bus. Walk up Melville Street and turn left onto Briercliffe Road. The Centre is on the left.
