The Health Assessment Advisory Service at Bradford (Heaton Road) Assessment Centre is located on the Lower Ground Floor of Westbourne Green Community Hospital. It has five assessment rooms.
It can be accessed by lift or stairs. In the event of an emergency there is an exit to the outside from the lower ground level.
If using the car park entrance there are no steps or lift required. Enter through the double doors marked ‘Entrance from car park’.

- Work Capability Assessment for people claiming Universal Credit (UC)
- Work Capability Assessment for people claiming Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Other benefit assessments for people claiming a range of benefits such as Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB), Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for children or Veterans UK

Car
From the A6177, take Bradford Ring Road exit onto Manningham Lane (A650) towards Keighley. Turn left onto Oak Lane and continue down until you pass the Westbourne Green Community Hospital on your left. Take the next left onto Heaton Road, where the car park can be found.
