The Health Assessment Advisory Service at Blackpool Assessment Centre is a ground floor assessment facility.
Pay and display parking, with disabled spaces, is available in Talbot Road’s multi-storey car park (FY1 3AU). Pay and display parking is also available in East Topping Street car park (FY1 3AS) which can be accessed via King Street.

Directions
Train
Blackpool North train station is approximately 0.4 miles from the Assessment Centre.
After leaving the station, turn left and head towards Talbot Road. Turn left and walk along Talbot Road, heading east. Continue past the Holiday Inn hotel. Take a right onto Cookson Street. The Assessment Centre will be on your left, near the corner of East Topping Street.
Car
From M55:
Leave the M55 at junction 4 and follow the A583 exit towards Blackpool North Shore. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Preston New Road, heading towards Blackpool. Continue along the A583 towards the town centre. Turn right onto Church Street, then left onto Cookson Street. The Assessment Centre will be on your left, near the corner of East Topping Street.

The nearest bus stop is Talbot Gateway, approximately 500ft from the Assessment Centre.
