The Health Assessment Advisory Service at Blackburn Assessment Centre is a ground floor assessment facility. It has six assessment rooms.
It is located inside Soho Foundry. Go through the blue doors and it is located on the ground floor on the left. Press the green button on the intercom to enter. This Centre has step-free access. There is an accessible toilet available.
The Centre has a drop-off point only. Blue Badge holders can park on the double yellow lines on Cicely Lane. Pay and display parking is also available at Morrisons (BB2 6PN) and at Eanam Wharf (BB1 5BY).

Directions
Train
Blackburn station is approximately 0.3 miles from the Assessment Centre.
Exit the station and turn right. Continue on the Boulevard, then follow the road around to the left to join train Road. Upon reading The Mall shopping centre, follow the road around to the right towards the traffic lights. The Assessment Centre will be on the right.
Car
From the M65, leave the motorway at junction six and exit the roundabout towards Blackburn (N)/A678. Take the second exit at the next roundabout to continue on the A678. At the T-junction, turn right to stay on the A678. When the road forks, take a slight right onto Higher Eanam. Cross the river and at the roundabout, take the first exit. Then take the second left onto Cicely Lane. The Assessment Centre is on the left.
