Maximus delivers the Health Assessment Advisory Service on behalf of the DWP.

If you have any questions about your assessment or the assessment process, please contact our team:

By phone

  • For Personal Independence Payment (PIP) enquiries, please call: 0800 008 3073
  • For all other benefit enquiries including Universal Credit (UC) and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), please call: 0800 072 0120

If you cannot hear or speak on the phone, dial 18001 directly before one of the numbers above.

British Sign Language

If you use British Sign Language, you can contact Maximus using a video interpreter from InterpretersLive!

This service is available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.
