If you have any questions about your assessment or the assessment process, please contact our team:
By phone
- For Personal Independence Payment (PIP) enquiries, please call: 0800 008 3073
- For all other benefit enquiries including Universal Credit (UC) and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), please call: 0800 072 0120
If you cannot hear or speak on the phone, dial 18001 directly before one of the numbers above.
